Shipping

What is your shipping policy? All stock orders are shipped with in 2 business days of receiving your order. Occasionally, due to high volume orders, we may experience a backorder situation. You will be notified if your purchase is on backorder.

Who is your shipping carrier? Items are shipped UPS Ground and occasionally USPS within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. International Orders maybe shipped UPS, FedEx, USPS or we will use our lowest freight carrier.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped you will receive shipping confirmation by email with a link to UPS website to track progress of your order.

I live outside the USA. Will you ship to me? Yes, you have 3 easy options to place international orders. You can call Customer Service at (404) 514-5070, email us at info@georgiadisasterreliefsupply.com. Please provide SKU#, product description and shipping address with your order. We will contact you with total charges of your order and shipping.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product within 30 days. We will replace or refund your merchandise. (see Return Instructions).

Return Instructions

Prior to returning the product purchased, please email our Customer Service to obtain your RETURN AUTHORIZATION at info@georgiadisasterreliefsupply.com PLEASE PROVIDE US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: YOUR NAME, MAILING ADDRESS AND YOUR INVOICE NUMBER. PLEASE DISPLAY INVOICE NUMBER CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.

Please note that we cannot refund any of our food and packaged water products.

How do I request a return merchandise authorization or RMA? All requests for an RMA must be submitted by email. Use the form above to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will reply to RMA request within 24 business hours. Customer request for RMA's will be honored from the date we receive the request.






Generator Shipping Policy

Customer Pickup: We have warehouse locations from Florida, up to Buffalo and in Ontario Canada. Pickup is available and you can save hundreds of dollars in some cases. While we can help you save money on delivery, please note that there is still a $15.00 fee for lift truck operations. This applies to loading or unloading from shelf.

Shipping: We run a smooth shipping operation. We ship from 1 unit to multiple shipping containers. Sometimes it's best to let the experts deliver your product right to your home or place of business. Some items can be sent by UPS, others by Freight. What ever method of delivery us used, guaranteed we will get you the best shipping quote possible. Its our shipping speed, low cost and effectiveness that makes us popular and keeps our prices down.

Local Taxes: Because of our multiple warehouse locations we can ship your product from out of state or province so you don't pay any tax other then GST if you are Canadian. We take care of the paperwork. Warehouse pickup is considered a local sale and all local taxes will apply.
